Nice place, relaxing, good coffee...until their cashier John starts talking and breaks the silence barrier. If there's a Pied Piper of cackles, that would be him because the rest of the staff responds with a vengeful volume of jarring adolescent nonsense. It's like having 4 TVs all on CNN where the screen is divided into 4 guests all talking at the same time and John is the guest that has the mic closest to his mouth. I'm sure you're a nice young bloke John but don't try too hard to be funny. Some of us would like to enjoy our caffeine.

The guy Oscar was so busy talking he left me this in my cup...a big ass long piece of hair. I noticed when he was making the drink he had it held down by his waist area and I thought to myself "I hope nothing falls in my drink". He took too long in my opinion to make the drink because he was talking to I guess one of his "regulars". When I took the drink back and the woman called his name and held up the cup , his response was to mouth "oh shit" with a smile on his facade, no apology, and then asked the other guy to make it, again no apology! Mind you I did sip this drink and was throwing up the next hour after just thinking about the hair! And the manager offers me a $4 gift card when my drink was almost $6...wtf! And when I called corporate, the guy sounded sleepy and like he didn't want to help me! He said he was giving me $15 gift card (as if that's enough) and when I hung up the phone there was no money on my app balance ! Smh

I love this Starbucks. It's right next to where I work and I come here almost every shift and get my drinks in my personal cup. The employees are super nice, there's a newer employee who is a woman and she is always being super sweet and compliments every customer and makes our days better.
My drinks are always made the way I want them and someone always tells me how cool my cup is. It's always super busy on the weekends however, the baristas do their best to get the drinks out promptly. -

This review is for the stand alone kiosk location. I absolutely love this Starbucks! The staff are extremely friendly and always make it feel very comfortable. All of them remember my drinks and I have multiple and my moms drink. Drinks are always made in a timely manner, even when they are busy. I have seen customer be very very rude to the workers and they always deal with Situations super well. If something is wrong they fix it no questions asked even if the customer is super wrong. The condiment bar and area around the Kiosk is always tidy and clean. Honorable mention barista names are Ana, Joseph, Oscar and Maya! They're like the four musketeers or the trifecta. The manager Craig is amazing at what he does as well and seems to be very hands on with helping in both of his stores.
